you could add mini games to the check system instead of making it automatic, for example a chat game where you ask questions and see if they respond correctly to what the person ordered and that all things like empathy and logic are intact, an eye exam to see if they can see how many fingers your holding up or if their eyes react to light ect... also make it so that the appearance can be different than what was ordered so you need to check on more than just if they have no errors. then just give the player more time and money per girl and now it's a lot less repetitive. you could also add a way to record videos while interacting with the girls and stream them online. but that might be too different of a game than what your going for. idk that's the best I got just make it less repetitive. I'd look at the game papers please for some inspiration on how they approached the problem. It has a similar check off system just alot more complex. Right now it definitely takes way to long to buy anything tho and they're isn't any progression system to increase stamina or pay. it's still really good for an initial release tho. You could also have routines for the bots so you can find them doing different things around the house. maybe even events where their personalities can stand out. Giving the player more impact and choice on the story should be a priority in some way.

Its honestly quite grindy, but its a unique concept
Yeah, it's a work in progress. Ideally, I'd like the game to be less grindy too. I'm just waiting for suggestions :)

Found a glitch on android. If you somehow go over your energy limit, the game starts to just accept every girl that comes on the conveyor belt.
It happens on windows too, i think.
It even made an 'incorrect' approval that got deducted from my pay anyway, even though no input came from me.
The idea is to "leave work" once your energy runs out.
Leaving work only has a consequence if you do it before a certain time threshold.
Y'know, funnily enough, the idea of leaving once i was 'done' never quite occurred to me..

Oh! That's not a bug or glitch, but rather a feature in the game.
Your energy is, well, your energy. When it runs out, you're tired, so you lose control on doing your work.
Imagine just getting really weary at the factory and not paying attention to the conveyor since you're really tired.
